C4K

Announcing Cleatz4Kidz!

We love the game, this is our opportunity to give back...

This summer donate your used Soccer cleats, shin guards and balls and give the gift of Soccer to those less fortunate...

Hello Fair Lawn Soccer Families & Coaches,

This is Brendan Vann. I am a member of Saint Anne’s church in Fair Lawn, a student at Fair Lawn High School and a Fair Lawn All Sports soccer alumni.  I have played soccer since I was 5 years old. Fair Lawn All Sports is an amazing organization that allows kids to play soccer from a very young age. Soccer has given me so much, and now I want to give back - with your help!!!

As I go through my Catholic Church confirmation later this year I will complete a mercy project. For my mercy project, I created a program called cleatz4kidz, or C4K for short.

I believe that every child should have the opportunity to play soccer regardless of their financial situation. The goal of the C4K program is to provide lightly used, high quality equipment to players who cannot afford it. C4K is partnering with Paterson Youth Soccer where our equipment will be distributed (by me) directly to children and families who really need it.

Here’s where I need your help!  The goal is to collect as much soccer equipment this summer. I will handle all inspecting and cleaning of equipment.  Just bring your cleats, shin guards and soccer balls, I’ll do the rest.

Soccer Equipment Drop Off Dates

  • Where: At the Fair Lawn All Sports complex on Harristown Road (MAP)
  • When: Drop Off Dates & Times
    • July 20th from 7 to 9 PM
    • July 23rd from 3 to 7 PM

If the drop off dates do not work with your schedule, please email me and I will come to your house to collect the equipment.

All donations are greatly appreciated. You will be giving a child the gift of soccer by simply getting those old cleats out of your basement and donating them.

Thank you for considering donating to Cleatz4Kidz.  I look forward to seeing you at one of our equipment collection days. Be sure to Share/Like  Cleatz4Kids on Instagram at #cleatz4kidz and facebook.com/cleatz.kidz

FLAS Boys U13 2016

The Fair Lawn 13U travel baseball team finished the Spring season with a 8-1 record. The Cutters defeated Allendale 5-1 today to win the NJSBL Spring Season National Division Championship. With guidance from coaches Warren Cohen and Chris Berry and Manager Pete Federico these boys concluded a successful Spring season with today's victory. None of this could have been possible without the dedication and commitment of our Parents!!
