 COACHING CERTIFICATION

Volunteer participation by parents and adults is essential for the success of these programs.  Visit www.flallsports.org for more information on the training and background checks required of all coaches for their certification to participate as coaches in Fair Lawn All-Sports programs.

Effective for the spring 2010 season and beyond, background checks through
MorphoTrak (formerly Sagem Morpho) will be required for all coaches. Please allow additional time at registration to sign up for this process, at no charge.  Sign-up for the background check will include submission of the coach’s Social Security Number directly, and confidentially, to MorphoTrak.

PLEASE BRING YOUR COMPLETED FAIR LAWN ALL-SPORTS REGISTRATION FORM

AND PAYMENT TO TJ MIDDLE SCHOOL ON JANUARY 16th, 23rd, or 27th.

REGISTRATION FEES-CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED!  (Convenience fee may apply)

The Registration fee is $95.00 for: AAA League, Major League, and Chuck O’Connor Baseball and the Intermediate, Junior, and Senior Softball Leagues.

For families with more than one child in the baseball and/or softball programs:  the fee for their oldest participating child is described above; the fee for all of their other children is $85 per child.

These fees partially defray the cost of equipment, uniforms, umpires, coaching certification (including MorphoTrak’s fee for coaches’ background checks), etc., and must be paid at registration.  However, Fair Lawn All-Sports does not want the cost of registration to stop any child from participating.  If any family wants to make other arrangements or has any questions, please contact one of the program directors listed below, prior to registration.
