A letter to the volunteer coach

Message from the President

Mike Aversa

My mission for Fair Lawn All-Sports is to promote a fun and safe environment for the children of our community. We offer a variety of sports including baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, lacrosse, volleyball and track & field. Through our volunteer leaders, we are committed to making every child’s experience in our program a positive one. Fair Lawn All-Sports offers them time to learn and be challenged while helping them learn a sport and by teaching each child leadership and sportsmanship in one of our organized sports.

A few of my commitments are as follows:

*To create a place where children flourish and make new friends

*To promote a will to succeed

*To establish a child’s passion for a sport

*To establish a special needs program in every sport

*To create an atmosphere where parents can participate and coach their own children and others

*To establish a feeder program for Fair Lawn High School

*To build character through developing a strong work ethic

As In look into the future of Fair Lawn All-Sports, I look to expand my commitments and expand our program through new ideas, new sponsors and more community involvement.

 Thank You,

Michael Aversa

President
