Welcome to the Fair Lawn All-Sports Website! 
 

CERTIFICATION CLASS  --  DATE CHANGE

 Please note that our upcoming coaching certification class, originally
scheduled for Sunday, February 28th, will instead be held on Sunday, March 14th,
 still starting at 9 a.m. at Memorial Middle School, with sign-in beginning at 8:30 a.m.


Beginning with the 2010 sports season all coaches in the Fair Lawn All-Sports program will be required to undergo a
fingerprinting and subsequent background checks.

  ALL coaches in ALL of our sports are being asked to visit a local MorphoTrak office before March 1st. 
 Even if you are only coaching a fall or winter sport, please take advantage of the upcoming spring sports registration sessions 
--  such as the ones for baseball and softball at Memorial Middle School on January 16th (9:30 a.m. to noon) and January 21st
(7 to 9 p.m.)  --  to make your MorphoTrak fingerprinting appointment.
 
If you have already made an appointment at MorphoTrak, see below for a link to the attached new version 4.0 of the form
 given to you when you made your appointment, which you need to complete and bring to MorphoTrak at the time of your
 appointment.  Please note that, temporarily, version 3.0 of this form (with 'Sagem Morpho' in the upper left corner, rather
 than 'MorphoTrak') will be accepted.

But MorphoTrak prefers that our coaches complete and bring the attached newer version to their appointments.  Items (1)-(7)
 and a PYMT Authorization box on the form have been filled in for you.  You must complete items (9)-(26) and, near the bottom
 of the form, enter the Applicant ID No. (the 8-digit number on the confirmation sheet given to you at the time you made your
 appointment) and Scheduled Site/Date/Time (for example:  Paramus / 1-14-10 / 12:42 p.m.).
