Fall Soccer Registration

The Fall Soccer Registration Date is

Tuesday September 7^th  from 7:00pm to 8:30pm

In the lobby of the

George Frey Community Center

Come down to register your child for the Fall Soccer Season.

Fair Lawn All Sports Soccer Registration forms will be coming home from school on the first day. Look out for it. They are also available on the website at www.flallsports.org.

Please read the registration form, fill out the form and sign the Code of Conduct on the back of the form. Parents for all players 3^rd through 8^th grade, attach a picture to the registration form. Registration will not be accepted with required pictures. Parents registering players for the Kindergarten or 1^st and 2^nd grade programs are not required to attach pictures to the registrations. All first time players registering for the first time need to submit a copy of the players Birth Certificate with the registration.

Information sheets which explain the programs for all different age groups are also available on the website. This outline provides times for games and practice times for teams at all ages.

For all parents that want to coach this year, Fair Lawn All Sports has a mandatory background check requirement for all coaches. This is run through MorphoTrak. Appointments and registration for this back ground check will be available at our three registration dates listed above. This background check along, with our annual 3 hour Soccer coaches’ certification is mandatory requirements for any parent to coach fall soccer in the fall.

Our Coaches Certification session this year will be Wednesday September 8^th at the Community Center. See announcement on the FLAS website at www.flallsports.org .

Please note the $15 late fee assessed to any registration submitted on this date for a child from the ages of 8-14. (Divisions 3, 4and 5) This is due to clerical work required by the NWBSA and FLAS to add players to our program after the League approved our fall program.

They are no fines assessed to the Kindergarten and 1^st and 2^nd grade players signing up at this registration.
